Business Scaling System
Purpose
This is a separate 12 month licence to enable channel partners to rapidly scale their customer base and revenue. Properly deployed, 12 months should be adequate time to achieve growth objectives.
How it Works
The Business Scaling System allows channel partners to generate as many new customers as they can from successive Innovation Impact Analyses during the 12-month licence fee. At the end of the contract period, and leads that have not been converted into channel partner customers, revert to Growth Predictor.
-
Each Innovation Impact Analysis is sent to multiple customers by a supplier
-
These customers are allocated as new leads to the Partner on their platform
-
After responding to the assessment, each customer is automatically invited to deploy it with their customers
-
These new assessments by a supplier's customers' customers, generate additional leads which are also allocated to the Partner on their platform
-
Cascading the assessment through supply chains unlocks a multiplier effect of engaging new companies in a crucial measure that opens new opportunities.
-
This cycle can be repeated by a Partner until they have sufficient customers for their business
Example
Innovation Impact Analysis: level 1
-
Assume 80 customers respond to a supplier assessment
-
New leads = 80
-
10% of these start their assessment and send it to 80 customers each
-
Partner gains new customers = 10% x 80 = 8 (from just 1 survey)
Innovation Impact Analysis: level 2
-
Partner new leads = 8 x 80 = 640
-
10% of these start their assessment and send it to 80 customers each
-
Total new customers gained = 8 + (640 x 10%) = 72 (from just 1 additional level)
Innovation Impact Analysis: level 3
-
Partner new leads = 64 x 80 = 5,120
-
10% of these start their assessment and send it to 80 customers each
-
Total new customers gained = 72 + (5,150 x 10%) = 587 (from just 2 additional levels)
NOTE:
This is for demonstration purposes only. The actual response rates from customers can vary considerably depending on sector, age of business and Partner marketing activity.
